AQ SERIES SPECIFICATIONS;

Every AQ Series unit is tested prior to shipment to ensure the highest quality. Each unit consists of a stainless steel vessel and electronic enclosure, lamp, quartz sleeve, electronic ballast, lamp out indicator and power cord.

VESSEL AND POWER ENCLOSURE;
Vessels are constructed of passivated 304 stainless steel. All components are integrated into one assembly, for ease of maintenance, and the electronic enclosure is attached to the vessel, which is individually pressure-tested and rated for 125psi maximum operating pressure.

BALLAST;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

The solid-state electronic ballasts furnished with this series are Class P rapid start with a power factor minimum of .95. Ballasts operate at 120v/60hz and the minimum ballast start temperature is minus 20 degrees F. Ballasts are UL listed and have a RFI-EMI rating as defined by FCC part 18A for industrial/commercial applications in regards to suppression. Ballasts are matched to lamps for optimal lamp life and UVC output.

LAMPS;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        AQ series UVC lamps are of the Slimline hard quartz glass variety for superior UV transmittance . Lamps shall retain, at  minimum, 80% of their initial output after 12,000 hours of use. Electrodes are designed to maximize plasma convection and stability for superior lamp performance. Lamps are sized with flow rates for vessels to provide a minimum dosage of 30,000uW/cm2
